Does The Sri Lankan Terror Group LTTE Possess Stealth Planes ?

It has been common knowledge that LTTE has had air crafts and an airstrip in the Tamil heartland in the north of Sri Lanka. But there air attack that saw two Czech made propeller driven air crafts flying 600 km, from Waani to Colombo, and bombing an air base without the myriad of Radars raising the slightest of whispers of alarm. The incident has flummoxed and astounded both India and Sri Lanka. Now this could either be down to the uselessness of the radars or LTTE possessing some kind of stealth technology, maybe stealth paint. It looks highly improbable but it's a strange world after all.
